We offer a 30-day return window with a money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: After we review your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the product, including a return label slip.
Package the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, along with any accessories that came with it.
Include RA Number: Write the provided RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping: We provide you with the download and printable shipping return label to use when returning your item. This gets delivered to your email address on file.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
